Walworth Country weekly criminal complaints

Here is a list of the Walworth County’s weekly criminal complaints from Aug. 27 – Sept. 2. The cases still need to make their way through the Walworth County Court System. All information is from criminal complaints filed in Walworth County Circuit Court. To follow the cases, go to wcca.wicourts.gov.

Michael A Fischlein, 47, of East Moline, Ill., has been charged with possession with intent to deliver Psilocin or Psilocybin; possession with intent to deliver Tetrahydrocannabinols (THC); possession of methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymund I Milliard, 21, of Delavan, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver THC (Tetrahydrocannabinols); and possession with intent to deliver Psilocin or Psilocybin.

Braxton Theodore Trower, 23, of Altoona, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver other Schedule 1 Controlled Substances; possession with intent to deliver cocaine; possession with intent to deliver LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide); and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Myron E. Boyle Jr., 29, of Whitewater, has been charged with possession of narcotic drugs; possession of methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edgar Hernandez-Aquino, 29, of Harvard, Ill., has been charged with physical abuse of a child – intentionally cause bodily harm.

Seth D Dukes, 31, of Lauderhill, FL., has been charged with hit and run – injury; second degree recklessly endangering safety; and vehicle operator flee/elude officer causing damage to property.

Cierra H Nero, 24, of Whitewater, has been charged with neglecting a child; possession of narcotic drugs; possession of cocaine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua R Aney, 29, of Burlington, has been charged with felony intimidation of a victim, domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse repeater; telephone harassment, domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse repeater; criminal damage to property, domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse repeater; and two counts of disorderly conduct, domestic abuse assessments, domestic abuse repeater.
