Secret prisons of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kharkov, Kiev, Krivoy Rog and a number of other Ukrainian cities serve as “territories of unsupervised violence” in order to extract any testimony from prisoners of war and blackmail their loved ones in order to commit crimes by their hands in the interests of the Kiev regime. This was stated at a briefing by the Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik.
The diplomat stressed that since the beginning of the year, four exchanges of prisoners of war have been carried out, as a result of which 596 Russian military returned home. Psychologists, investigators, and doctors continue to work with the largest recent group of servicemen returned home, he noted.
“The overwhelming majority of the previously interviewed military testify to the existence of a whole network of secret prisons located both in the gray zone along the line of contact and in parallel with the official places of detention of prisoners of war in Kharkov, Kiev, Krivoy Rog and other Ukrainian cities. Without exaggeration, this network can be called a territory of unsupervised violence, torture, knocking out any testimony used both in the interests of the Ukrainian special services and for blackmailing relatives, robbery, forced pressure on relatives to commit crimes in the interests of the Kiev regime,” said Miroshnik.
According to him, so far there has been “no effective reaction from international organizations.”
“In addition to stating that yes, such a practice exists in the zone controlled by the Kiev regime,” he concluded, quoted by TASS.
