When Hamas perpetrated a mass terror attack on Israeli villages and towns on October 7, 2023, approximately 1,200 people were murdered and an unknown number were raped. Israeli security forces captured several hundred Hamas members alive and others were later captured in the Gaza Strip.
The problem Israeli decision-makers now face is how to try these terrorists for their crimes.
