Opinion | Duterte in the dock: How Israel helped his murderous machine

Last week, former President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte was arrested and flown to the International Criminal Court (ICC) to be tried for crimes against humanity. His “war on drugs,” in which some 27,000 civilians were extrajudicially killed, was conducted with weapons purchased from Israel, and with Israeli training for his police officers.
