TULSA, Okla. — Bryce Pyle was sentenced to 14 years in prison after he kicked open his ex-girlfriend’s door and shot at her home in Tulsa.
In July 2024, Pyle drove to his ex-girlfriend’s home with their child in the car. At one point, Pyle kicked open her door before pointing a gun at her and another person inside the home.
His ex-girlfriend demanded Pyle to leave. When Pyle went back to his car, he fired his gun toward the house before leaving. His ex-girlfriend noticed their child was crying in the backseat of Pyle’s car as he drove off.
After convincing him to bring back their child, Pyle went back inside the house and started destroying property. Police later detained Pyle when he was in the home.
Pyle was later sentenced to 14 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for first degree burglary and carrying, using and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
He will remain in custody until he is transferred to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons. The FBI and Tulsa Police investigated the case.
