Justice & Criminal Courts between Israel’s arrogance & international law obligations

SANA’A May 26. 2024 (Saba) – The International Court of Justice, the highest judicial body of the United Nations, ordered Israel to stop its military attack on Rafah and open all land crossings, especially Rafah crossing.

The International Criminal Court had issued an announcement confirming its attempt to issue an arrest warrant against Zionist officials on charges of committing war crimes.

This decision and this announcement caused stormy reactions around the world, each country according to its vision of the reality of the Arab-Zionist conflict, its position on it, its distance and closeness to America, Britain and the Zionist entity, the triangle of evil in the world, but most countries in the world agreed that the decision is a positive step towards the moral and legal right of the Palestinian people. ..As usual, the Israeli government acted in contempt of international law and refused to obey two courts’ orders .

In fact, the international welcome to the decision of the two courts represents a major shift for the international community towards the correct vision of the reality of the conflict in occupied Palestine, and freedom from American-British-Zionist-Western hegemony and dictates over the countries of the world, to adopt pre-prepared positions in favor of the Zionist entity.

It seems that the time has come to break away from the American-Western subordination that has continued to dominate the important decisions of the world countries since after World War II, as America, Britain and the rest of the colonial countries separated a colonial system that guarantees them dominance over countries to protect their colonial interests.

What is certain now is that the world cannot continue to be ruled by the American pole and its allies. The international changes that have occurred recently have forced the countries of the world to search for a multipolar system and be liberated from the unjust consequences of World War II against peoples and nations. Russia and China adopted the global call for the necessity of the existence of a multipolar world can create a balance of international powers at the global level, and this is what is currently happening, which has raised the panic of America and its allies from such an approach, because, frankly, it will eliminate its international hegemony and reduce the extent of its imposition of dictates on the world peoples .

Important and accelerating international changes taking place in the world and changes and transformations in the balance of power, to which the Arabs, especially the Arabs of the Gulf, do not react positively, and have surrendered in a humiliating manner to the American-Western Zionist hegemony, with the exception of the Republic of Yemen, which stood, based on an independent national decision, in the face of the American-Western hegemony, and endured. The burden of fighting their warships in the Red , Arabian Seas and the Bab al-Mandab Strait, with great ability that astonished the world.
