A judge has dismissed an asylum case for Andry Hernandez Romero, a gay makeup artist who was deported to a prison in El Salvador. Hernandez Romero was deported based on the government’s contention that his tattoos linked him to a Venezuelan gang. NBC News’ David Noriega has more on the decision.
