Many celebrities will be spending Thanksgiving at home with loved ones in the US this week, likely marking the national holiday with a roast dinner and other festivities.
Some however are set to spend the annual occasion on Thursday behind bars as they serve sentences in prison. Several well-known individuals are inmates in facilities at the moment following convictions from R Kelly to Harvey Weinstein and even the Tiger King, Joe Exotic.
Prisons will be offering activities to mark Thanksgiving – including the all-important dinner. We take a look at the exact menus famous inmates will enjoy today from turkey with stuffing and gravy to potatoes, veggies, and even pumpkin pie.

The menu at Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola (FPC Pensacola) in Florida includes roast turkey, glazed ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and assorted pies, according to TMZ. Reality TV star Todd Chrisley, known for Chrisley Knows Best – who is serving a sentence over fraud and tax charges – is believed to be at the facility.

It’s claimed that the menu at Federal Medical Center, Lexington (FMC Lexington) in Kentucky, where his wife Julie Chrisley is serving her sentence over the same charges, includes roast turkey or baked turkey ham, baked candied yams, cornbread dressing, macaroni and cheese, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and pie.
The outlet states that the menu at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi includes roast turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cornbread dressing, diced carrots, dinner roll, green salad, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. It’s reportedly where rapper Tory Lanez, 31, is serving his sentence after having been convicted of charges including assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

It adds that the menu at Mohawk Correctional Facility in New York is said to include roast turkey, gravy, dressing, whipped potatoes, sliced steamed carrots, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and ice cream sundae. The former film producer Harvey Weinstein, 71, who is a convicted sex offender, is said to an inmate at the prison.
Whilst the menu at Federal Correctional Institution, Butner Medium I (FCI Butner Medium I) in North Carolina is said to include roast turkey, baked candied sweet potatoes, cornbread dressing, green beans, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie. Singer-songwriter R. Kelly, who’s convictions include over a sex crimes case, is believed to be there.

According to the outlet, the menu at Federal Medical Center (FMC) Fort Worth in Texas includes smoked turkey legs, cornbread stuffing, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, green beans, turkey gravy, dinner roll and pecan or sweet potato pie. Joe Exotic, 60 – who rose to fame on Netflix‘s Tiger King – is believed to be at the facility after being sentenced for offences including attempted murder for hire.
