Israel tells ICC it has no jurisdiction to issue arrest warrants, probe alleged war crimes

Israel submitted an official objection to the judicial authority of the International Criminal Court in The Hague on Friday, the Foreign Ministry announced, making it clear in its objection that the court “lacks jurisdiction in the present case.”
