The UN, its Security Council and the International Criminal Court have all failed the international community and the people of Palestine.

Renowned international law professor John Dugard, who previously worked for the UN and the International Court of Justice, says: “International institutions whose task it is to maintain international peace and security, to respect human rights and to secure accountability of those responsible for violating international humanitarian and international human rights law have failed dismally.”
