Kelsey Bolar, director of IW Features, a project of Independent Women’s Forum, will provide expert testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on Criminal Justice and Counterterrorism. In a hearing titled “Sexual Assault in U.S. Prisons Two Decades After the Prison Rape Elimination Act,” Bolar will share real stories of female inmates who were housed alongside males.
