Hamas demands an international investigation into execution of 27 prisoners by Zionist enemy
GAZA March 07. 2024 (Saba) – The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas considered that the Zionist enemy’s media confirmation of the killing of about 27 Palestinian detainees from Gaza under torture, ill-treatment, and deprivation of the most basic rights is further evidence of the scale of crimes, violations, and atrocities to which Palestinian detainees are exposed in enemy prisons… stressing that “these “A war crime that requires investigation by international human rights institutions.”
In a statement on Thursday, the movement called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to carry out its legal and humanitarian role assigned to them, and to review their conditions of detention, in light of the deliberate Zionist opacity regarding their numbers and conditions of detention.
An investigation by the Zionist newspaper Haaretz revealed that enemy forces executed 27 Palestinian prisoners from Gaza in Zionist military detention centers since the beginning of the aggression against Gaza.
The newspaper reported, quoting a spokesman for the occupation army, that most of the detainees were martyred at the Zionist “SD Timan” and “Anatot” bases, claiming that “some of the prisoners suffered from pre-existing health conditions or were injured during the war.”
