Department of Government Efficiency should start with Bureau of Prisons

The former director of the Florida Department of Corrections’ Office of Programs and Re-Entry writes that the state prison system is lifting itself out of the severe crises of a few years ago, making it a model for a federal Bureau of Prisons that now faces similar issues.
