WASHINGTON (WV News) — Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., and several congressional colleagues are calling for an investigation into the high-security federal prison in Bruceton Mills.
The senators sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, and Federal Bureau of Prisons Director Colette Peters calling for an immediate investigation of whistleblower reports regarding Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, including United States Penitentiary Hazelton and Federal Correctional Institution Hazelton.
