HMP Prescoed: Police hunt inmate who failed to return to prison

Police are looking for a man who has failed to return to open prison HMP Prescoed, near Usk, Monmouthshire, where he has been serving a jail sentence for robbery.

Josh Overall, 32, who was convicted of robbery at Swansea Crown Court in October 2021, has links to Swansea, according to Gwent Police.

He is described as about 6ft 2in (1.83cm) with short dark hair and a tattoo on his right arm showing a scroll and the word “grandad”.

“We have activated our operational plan with the aim of locating the individual and the prison are co-operating with us,” said the force.
